Today I learned a new technique for journaling on the computer tonight. I made this cute spiral with the kids name on it to put on my scrapbook page. I downloaded a program called inkscapes on my computer. You can then select the shape you would like to journal in and then type what you want and then you can put them together. It was pretty easy!! I can't wait to try other fun journaling shapes!

The materials: Doodlebug double sided card stock, stickers and ribbon, and cute pictures of TJ, Karlee and Emma. The pictures were taken last spring at the Children's Museum of Kansas City. If you have never taken your young kids there it is worth the $5 entry fee. You can spend all day there doing all of their different stations.

  1. This one is my favorite so far!!! I wish we lived closer, so we could just work on these all day. What work? What games? What read a book with me? OK, I can't miss any of those things. I love what you do! I notice your posts are after 9:00 p.m. :) Keep up the great work, and one of these days, I'll try to get something done, too.
